By accessing medhha.com or engaging Med Inc for home health services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Med Inc is a Florida home health agency providing certified Home Health Aide (HHA) services in Collier County and surrounding areas. Skilled nursing and therapy services are planned for future release.

3. Eligibility

Care services are available to individuals residing in our service area who require non-medical home support. Acceptance of any patient is at Med Inc's sole discretion based on assessed needs, payer source, geographic location, and caregiver availability.

Visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be billed at 50% of the scheduled rate. We reserve the right to terminate services with 14 days written notice for non-payment, safety concerns, or changes in care needs beyond our scope.

Med Inc carries professional liability and workers' compensation insurance as required by Florida law. Our total liability for any claim arising from services shall not exceed the total amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic delivery of notices, including service agreements, W-9 forms, and policy updates, under the U.S. E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concern. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Collier County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
